Laina Winters

Laina Winters, Counselor Laina is a practicing Licensed Clinical Social Worker with fourteen plus years of experience in counseling and working with children, individuals, couples and families. She has a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Methodist College in North Carolina and a Master of Social Work degree from Portland State University.

By fostering trust in the therapeutic relationship and recognizing each person as the expert of their own experiences, she works to guide them toward the solutions that suit their strengths. Laina believes it is a privilege to provide support to each person as they experience meaningful growth in their journey of life.
Heather Manning, MA LPC NCC BC-HSP

Heather Manning, MA LPC earned her MA in Counseling Psychology at Pacific University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon, a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) through the NBCC, and a Board Certified Human Services Professional (BC-HSP). Heather has nearly 15 years experience in the helping professions and focuses on client-centered, strength-based therapy in which the therapist and client are partners in treatment. She has training and experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in multiple modalities (individual, couple, family, and group sessions). Heather's clinical foci include depression, anxiety, family issues, trauma, parenting, adolescent issues, severe and persistent mental illness, relapse prevention, and grief and loss. Heather believes that all individuals have the power to change their lives in healthy ways and offers knowledge, skills, services coordination, and support to those individuals ready to pursue wellness. Her theoretical perspective is a Cognitive-Behavioral one, in which unhealthy thought and behavior patterns are altered to support the individual in reaching his/her goal. She has over six years experience as both a university professor and program administrator, and volunteers regularly in her community
